This webform is only for SMC employees with existing network login accounts.

If you know your SMC network account password and would like to change it, please follow the Instructions. If you can't recall your password, submit this webform to have it reset to the following value: santamonica-#### where santamonica is in all lower case, followed by hyphen (or dash), followed by the last four digits of your Social Security number. For Example: santamonica-1234.

When first logging in to a District PC or remotely at with santamonica-#### password, you will be prompted to set a new password.


  • Please wait up to 20 minutes for the reset to take effect, then log in to other services such as Citrix, WebISIS and mProfessor.
  • Your SMC employee ID number can be found on the back of your SMC photo-identification card.
  • If you forgot or need to verify your employee ID, please contact Human Resources by calling (310) 434-4415.
  • If you are not SMC employee with an SMC account and need to reset your password, please contact the IT Helpdesk at (310) 434-3010.
